Allow us up to 48-72 hours to complete a custom proposal in which we'll review your needs. To secure Soliza Events, a 50% deposit is required upon booking with the remaining balances due 10 days prior to your wedding day. It's important to us that you feel confident going into your wedding, so we include a mock up design to assure peace of mind and give you a little glimpse at your approaching special day!

We work with you and our vendors to conceptualize the design representing your personalities and unique love story best. By taking inspiration photos, logistic details, and your overall vision, our team will conceptualize your design 3-4 weeks before your event through a custom design deck and renderings.

A few days before your wedding day, our team will check in with you to ensure all details are confirmed for installation. On your special day, we will work alongside your coordinator and event team to place all your design elements exactly as intended. Once the celebration has commenced, we will pick up our rental items.
