How do I reserve for my event?
We are so excited you want to work with us! There a few ways to give us your inquiry. Fill out a contact form and list your items in the comments, or make an appointment for a consultation call.

Where do you deliver?
We are located in Las Vegas, Nevada and we typically travel to surrounding areas. There will be a higher installation fee to cover the cost of transportation if your event is 30 miles out from our area.

What happens in bad weather?
We really are bummed when it rains, or there is extreme heat, or gets super windy on event days, but we do live in Las Vegas where the weather changes frequently! All items that are booked will remain booked and we will try our best to accommodate. For all orders that have an event outdoors, we do recommend you plan in hosting your event indoors or in a shaded area/patio. We will work closely with you on the day of to confirm placement of items within your plan.

What are the added fees?
Delivery + Pick Up Fees - Are required as part of your event. This includes delivering the items to your venue and pick-up is for our staff to return back based on the approved pick-up time from Client and owner of Soliza Weddings & Events. after your event is over to retrieve our inventory that was rented for your event.
Install + Breakdown Fees - This includes once the items have been delivered for Soliza staff to install items such, backdrops, floral, balloons anything deemed necessary that was rented out for your event. Breakdown includes once your event is over for Soliza staff to come and breakdown the items such as event rentals, backdrops, floral and popping balloons if the client chooses not to keep.
Design Fee - Soliza Weddings & Events focuses on the look as well as the aesthetics of your event. We will work together to create the concept of your event and will provide visual mock-ups to help you visualize the design for your event. We will work directly with you to understand your vision and communicate with you through the process until the day of your event.

Do you provide food & beverages?
Every event deserves delicious food! Although we are in the event planning business. We currently do not offer food and beverage service. However, we partner with amazing local vendors to complete your celebration by recommending their catering services, custom cakes, desserts, charcuterie boards, and specialty drinks to complete your event.

What is your cancellation policy?
Please be aware that once the contract is signed and your event date is scheduled all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services for your event date, therefore, all payments are non-refundable. A credit in the amount of the deposit will remain on file if the event is postponed or rescheduled.
